NexComm Systems, Inc., market leading supplier of Ethernet over Copper solution, has got a contract in the military and local government sector through its French and Japanese partners for the amount of USD100k and USD350K respectively.

In case of Japanese project, Japan Self Defense Forces (JSDF) has been using NBG400 series in point to point configuration for years. Now they need to change the existing configuration to point to multipoint as the number of end points increase. It is a meaningful turning point that NexComm’s concentration solution meets the very high requirements of military sector for reliability and functionality.

In case of French project, end-users from military, local government and telecom operator sector have been using NexComm’s concentrator together with the French partner’s CPE for years. As those end-users have been satisfied with the reliability, functionality and support from NexComm has decided expand their deployment whose capital expenditure for the equipment is about 5 Million US dollars for next 3 years.

NexComm has launched Next generation Ethernet over copper CO solution called N5000 based on MEF standard that works with N500 CPE. So now we can provide end-to-end Ethernet over copper transmission solution covering Access network which will work with next generation Carrier Ethernet Network.
